Q & AI see you're based out of Lakeland, Florida. How do you feel about traveling?
We are based out of Lakeland but we've traveled all over FL to take pictures. We're not opposed to going out of state either. In fact, if you are by any chance getting hitched in Tennessee or Kentucky, chances are there won't be any lodging fees since we have family in those areas. Either way, please get in touch and we'll see what kind of plan we can come up with!
How long will it take to deliver my photos?
You'll get them within 4-6 weeks! (maybe even sooner, I always try for sooner if I can help it)
So, whats the booking process?
When you're ready to book, I require a signed contract and a 50% retainer to be paid. If those 2 things aren't done then I can't hold your date unfortunately! The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding or session!
How to we get our photos?
Each of my clients gets a custom digital gallery that stays online for 3 months. You create a private password and will be able to share the gallery with your friends and family. You'll also get a print release to get them printed where ever you'd like. You will have the option to create your own album through your gallery as well!
Once the 3 months are coming to a close you will get a reminder email that your gallery is about to expire 7 days prior because, ya know, me no like surprises (unless someone decides to surprise us with a million dollas…HA). Plus, we’re only human and sometimes we just get busy in life and forget to download our stuff!! But if it does expire, don’t fret, your pictures are not lost. There is a $45 reloading fee and then your gallery will be reloaded and live again for another 3 months. It’s that simple. Why the fee? Because storage ain’t free (like my corny rhyming skills?!) and you won’t be my only client that I have to store a big gallery of high resolution images for. But all this will be in the contract as well because again, no sneaky surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?
Of course!! What kind of monkey show do you think I'm running around here?! But for real though, I take your time with us very seriously and not only want you to be protected but us as well!
Do you meet before booking?
It depends. Sometimes, as you know, life gets crazy and not all of my clients are in a position or have the time to physically meet but I do offer the option to hop on a FaceTime/video chat/ phone call so I can get to know more about you and answer any questions you have!!
Me or my fiancé feel awkward in front of the camera, is that going to be an issue for you?
Not at all! Actually most of my clients say they’re awkward in front of the camera. Want to know a little secret…. I feel awkward in front of the camera as well but my job is to capture your awesome connection so I work extra hard to get you relaxed and having fun!! The way I direct will have you feeling comfortable and having a blast in no time!
