I see you're based out of Lakeland, Florida. How do you feel about traveling?

We’re based in Brooksville, Florida, but our work has taken us throughout the state — and we’re always happy to travel for a wedding that feels like the right fit.

Travel within 100 miles of Brooksville is included in our wedding collections. Planning something farther away? Reach out and tell us where you’re headed, and we’ll create a custom travel quote for anything beyond that.

How long will it take to deliver my photos?

You'll get them within 4-6 weeks! (maybe even sooner, I always try for sooner if I can help it)

So, whats the booking process?

Ready to make it official? Your wedding date is reserved once your contract is signed and the 50% retainer has been paid. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.

Once those are taken care of, you’re officially on our calendar — and we’ll be there to help with photography planning and your timeline as the day gets closer.

Will all of my photos be available to view online?

Yes! Your final edited images will be delivered through a private, password-protected online gallery where you can view, download and share your photographs, order prints and create albums. You’ll also receive personal printing rights so you’re welcome to print your images wherever you’d like.

Your gallery will remain online for 3 months, and you’ll receive a reminder 7 days before it expires so you have plenty of time to download and safely back up your images. If you’d like access after the gallery has expired, it can be reloaded for another 3 months for a $45 reloading fee, which helps cover the cost of storing large, high-resolution galleries online.

We strongly recommend downloading your full gallery and keeping your own backup, as long-term storage of your images is ultimately your responsibility.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely! We are a licensed and insured photography business and are happy to provide proof of insurance to your venue if required.

Do you meet before booking?

Absolutely! Getting to know our couples before the wedding has always been an important part of what we do. We’ll schedule a phone or video consultation so we can hear about your plans, answer your questions and make sure we’re a great fit for each other before you book.

Once you’re officially on our calendar, we’ll stay in touch and work together on the photography details and timeline as your wedding gets closer.

What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?

You’re definitely not alone! Most of our couples tell us they feel a little awkward in front of the camera at first. Our job is to help you feel comfortable, give you direction when you need it, and create space for the natural moments to happen.

You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands — we’ve got you. The goal is for you to relax, enjoy each other and eventually forget about the camera altogether.

Do you help us prepare for the wedding day?

Absolutely! Planning ahead is a big part of how we help make your wedding day feel relaxed. We’ll work with you on your photography timeline, family formal list and any specific photo priorities you have, while also sharing guidance based on nearly a decade of photographing weddings.

By the time your wedding day arrives, you shouldn’t have to worry about what happens next — we’ll help keep things moving so you can actually enjoy it.
